How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For pre-orders you can expect to receive your order in about 3-6 weeks. For premade you can expect to receive your order in 1-2 weeks.

What if I want to return my item?

Due to the difficulty of returns after a purchase, we don't accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact support@ago-shop.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

What if my order is wrong?

If your order is ever wrong, email us a picture of the wrong item and a picture of the receipt of the original item you bought to support@ago-shop.com. We will discuss some future discounts for you and try and make things right.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

We now offer shipping protection for all orders! It is highly recommended that you use this to insure that your package is covered and that you will receive a 100% refund in the case of your order being damaged, lost, or stolen.
